Young man broke his jaw in a road traffic accident. He underwent open reduction and internal fixation of the fracture site with mini plates and MMF was performed. Post operative period was uneventful and fracture healed well. Also the occlusion and mouth opening were good at the end of 6 weeks.

56 year old male with Squamous cell Carcinoma of right lower alveolar process underwent right marginal mandibulectomy with extended Supraomohyoid neck dissection on right side. The patient is doing well and has no sign of local or nodal recurrence at 1.5 year follow up.

An elderly gentleman presented with Lower lip Verrucous Carcinoma. Wide local excision with reconstruction with Karapandzic flap was performed. Patient has a adequate sized functional and sensate stoma at 6 month follow up.

A 32 year old lady presented with left thyroid lobe swelling. She was thoroughly investigated and underwent left hemithyroidectomy under general anaesthesia. Post operative scar at 2 weeks and 2 months after surgery are shown in the pics. The scar will lighten further over next few months. Post op voice and thyroid function tests are normal.

Acute onset lower motor neuron right facial nerve palsy (Bell's Palsy) recovered completely with in 3 weeks with conservative management with steroids.

Tubercular lymphadenpathy can very frequently present with secodary suppuration with formation of abscess. This patient present with multiple cervical lymphnodes on both sides with two large fluctuant swelling in bilateral supraclavicular regions (Collar Stud abscess). The left one ruptured by itself. Right abscess was drained against gravity and is curently under observation. Appropiate antibiotics and anti tubercular treatment (DOTS) has been initiated.
