The first pre-assessment for the Amazon Training Program was successfully conducted by Spectrum CDC Employability Services. The assessment witnessed active participation and a positive response from the candidates, reflecting their motivation and readiness to engage in structured skill development and employability training.
The objective of the pre-assessment was to evaluate baseline competencies, learning readiness, and support requirements to ensure effective training planning and individualized guidance. The process was conducted in a structured, systematic, and supportive manner.
In view of the encouraging outcomes, another round of pre-assessment is planned post Holi, with the aim of extending this opportunity to a larger group of candidates and further strengthening pathways toward meaningful employment.
Spectrum CDC remains committed to empowering individuals through focused training, skill development, and employability support, enabling them to achieve greater independence and workplace success.
