“आप वही हैं न…
जिन्हें RCT के लिए 3–5 बार जाना पड़ता है
और pain फिर भी ठीक नहीं होता?”
कल एक young lady Google search से मेरा clinic ढूँढकर आईं।
कुर्सी पर बैठते ही उन्होंने कहा:
“Doctor saab, Google पर मैंने best dentist in Fatehabad टाइप किया।
आपका नाम सबसे ऊपर आया।
Reviews पढ़कर लगा कि आप सच में थोड़ा अलग level की dentistry करते हो…
इसलिए आपसे मिलने का फैसला किया।”
उन्होंने अपनी problem बताई:
“मेरा RCT 4–5 visits से चल रहा था।
Pain कम नहीं हो रहा था…
फिर कहा गया कि ab cap लगवाना पड़ेगा।
Cap का measurement भी ले लिया गया,
लेकिन pain रुक नहीं रहा था।”
मैंने उनकी बात calmly सुनी
और magnification (Doorbin) के नीचे tooth को detail में evaluate किया।
फिर मैंने उन्हें politely एक बात समझाई:
**“Single-sitting RCT कोई shortcut नहीं है…
ये advanced dental commitment है.”**
जब मैं आपके tooth का RCT
एक ही sitting में करता हूँ:
मैं case को अधूरा छोड़कर next patient नहीं देख सकता
उस समय आप मेरी 100% priority होते हैं
पूरा time, पूरा focus और पूरी planning
सिर्फ आपके treatment के लिए होता है
दूसरी तरफ multiple-visit RCT
आज के समय में dental need नहीं —
zyada clinic convenience बन जाता है।

लेकिन tooth के लिए, बार-बार opening–closing:
🔍 infection control कम करती है
🔍 canals पूरी clean नहीं हो पातीं
🔍 hypo properly नहीं लग पाता
🔍 apex locator से exact length miss हो सकती है
🔍 coronal seal strong नहीं बनती
इस young lady के case में
हमने rubber dam + magnification ke अंदर
planned, careful, single sitting RCT complete किया।
(यह Fatehabad में बहुत कम मिलता है।)
Treatment ख़त्म होते ही उन्होंने softly कहा:
“Doctor… अब समझ आया
लोग आपको Doorbin Wala Dentist क्यों कहते हैं।
यह सच में painless और advanced dentistry है।”
मैंने बस मुस्कुराकर कहा:
“जब तक आप मेरी chair पर होते हैं,
आप कभी option नहीं —
हमेशा मेरी priority होते हैं।”
