One more IVF cycle avoided.patient with 0.6 AMH already had failed IVF cycle with self eggs. She came to us for Donor egg IVF cycle. We advised them to go ahead with one cycle of IUI with expected success rate of 10-15 percent. God has been kind to her that she conceived with IUI and now she will have her own genetic offspring.

Patient had 10 years of long infertility with grossly enlarged uterus. She already had previously 2failed IVF cycle. We insisted them not to opt for donor egg cycle as it's usually advised by commerical IVF centres.
