Unimaginable life saved, first time of such fatality in my career.
*** Heart rupture after Heart attack and Cardiac arrest, dying with zero BP, slowing respiration.
Attend him, I asked his son, he is dying now if he can believe me and allow me, I'll take up for his operation, some chance of survival is there, he immediately said yes, ...... .... now today after 6 months he is doing all his household works, farming.
I thanked his son for believing me & shared credits with him, almost miracle in our life. 🫶🙏

A challenging endeavor of achievement for 43 years, brother from Soreng, with financial support from the Chief Minister's Medical Assistance Cell, he had large heart hole, known as Atrial Septal Defect with RVOT VT, suffered four instances of cardiac arrest.
👍 My efficient team of heart, we undertook 12 such type operations this week alone, a challenging task, which requires individual effort.

He has nicely explained that our human body is wonderfully designed with dual vital organs, and while one may fail, the other can sustain life. Those with healthy kidneys have the unique gift of being able to donate one and give their loved ones a second chance at life.💐🙏

🙏 I am pleased to share that I have completed a decade of service in Sikkim.
*** In August 2015, I proposed and initiated the introduction of Interventional Cardiology, a modern approach to cardiac operations and treatments, to the Government of Sikkim. Subsequently, we established and have been leading numerous cardiac operations and interventions in Sikkim.
*** Our dedicated teams have successfully performed over 5,000 operations to date in Sikkim.
This achievement would not have been possible without divine blessings, the unwavering support of the Government of Sikkim, the encouragement of my family and well-wishers, and the trust placed in us by the patients and residents of Sikkim and neighboring states.
🙏 Furthermore, the digital and print media have played a vital role in disseminating positive information, gathering feedback, and promoting the expansion of our services. I recall my first newspaper print on SIKKIM EXPRESS in 2015.
