Moksha Yoga Studio In Sanskrit "Ashta + anga" is Ashtanga. Ashtanga yoga awakens the internal fire .It ignites the dormant flame of the vital life energy within all of us.

Working on my Straddle Press Handstand..Now my goal is to lift from straddle sitting position to Handstand which is very tough though still working Meticulously on it. Don't become procrastinator regarding ur practice bcoz time will not wait for u and u will waste ur entire moment and ur precious time doing nothing. So value the time and try to achieve ur goal. Practice and rest all is coming.
