So this label "DO YOU NEED TO EXCERCISE TO EARN YOUR FOOD" has been one of the most common question we have been asking ourself everyday, right? But why. Read the post⤵️

🔸 Because we believe that online app or fitness brand(which we follow) gives the amount of calorie we burn. Never use them when it comes to your calories tracker. No app can ever give you the exact calories you burn in one session.

🔸 We always tend to over estimate the calories we burn and under estimate the calories we eat.

🔸 If you think that you need to excercise to earn your food, you will end up having a bad relation with your food. Don't consider Food as Punishment.

Rather ⤵️
🔸Enjoy your foods💁 Eat whole-foods and add your favorite foods. Believe in proportion control.

🔸 Workout your for Health and not to earn or cheat on Foods❌

Ever since i have started this journey, i had the urge of sipping few cups of BLACK COFFEE but never got the opportunity. My gastrointestinal/gut problem was so serious that even a small dose of it could affect me so bad. So all i could opt was, use half a tsp in my black tea before my workout. But now since i have almost healed my gut problem i started including a full cup twice a day. That's how i build this HABIT and nothing came free of cost.

We all know that, Coffee contains an antioxidant~ CAFFEINE which when reach to our central nervous system it brings more alertness and activeness and this is the sole reason for including them.

Well.!! There are lots of benefits of taking black coffee. And this is one of the most cheapest and energetic skip pre-your-workout. Either a newbie or a fitness rat you can still use this as a source to increase your workout stimule and you need not look for any expensive pre-workout.

Also you should know that any supplement or store brought pre-workout you take has a dose of caffeine it in. Three reasons why you should add them in your diet:

1. Increases performance.
2. Improves focus.
3. Accelerate fat loss
🔸Boosting your metabolism.
🔸 Suppressing hungry pangs.

But everything has its own procs and cons and i shall not recommend this for someone who is dealing with gut problems and also taking high-dose of it has tremendous affect. Listening to your body is very important than.

Some of the issues which are generally faced;
1. Stomach upset.
2. Sleep quantity gets distrubed.
3. Makes you feel restlessness.

Also as we say Moderation is the Key! Use this as a playcard.
