CME on Mental Health organised by IMA Gaya Branch

Day 3 of our World Mental Health Day celebrations was marked by an insightful Continuing Medical Education (CME) program organised by the Indian Medical Association, Gaya Branch under the leadership of President Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh.

We were honoured by the gracious presence of our Chief Guest, Dr. A. N. Rai Sir, whose inspiring words set the tone for the event.

Awareness Talk & Puppet Show at Magadh University, Gaya

Honoured to be a part of the World Mental Health Day celebrations at Magadh University, Gaya, where we continued spreading awareness through an interactive talk and a creative puppet show focused on emotional well-being and stress management.

It was heartening to see the enthusiasm and participation of the students — a reminder that open conversations can break the stigma surrounding mental health.

Let’s continue to create spaces where every voice is heard and every mind feels supported. 💚

लायन्स क्लब गया द्वारा जी.बी.एम. महिला कॉलेज, गया में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य जागरूकता कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया गया।

इस अवसर पर डॉ. दीपशिखा काव्या ने मुख्य वक्ता के रूप में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य से संबंधित विभिन्न पहलुओं पर विस्तृत चर्चा की और विद्यार्थियों को मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के महत्व के प्रति जागरूक किया।

कार्यक्रम का उद्देश्य युवाओं में मानसिक स्वास्थ्य के प्रति संवेदनशीलता और सकारात्मक दृष्टिकोण विकसित करना था।

Dr. Mridula Narayan, M.A., Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, is a distinguished clinical psychologist with more than 30 years of experience in the field of mental health. She has worked extensively with individuals coping with emotional difficulties, psychological disorders, and trauma, offering evidence-based treatment and compassionate care.

A registered professional and life member of the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), Dr. Narayan is an expert in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and various psychotherapeutic approaches. Her work reflects a deep commitment to clinical excellence, patient well-being, and the advancement of mental health awareness.

Through her practice, she has guided countless individuals toward recovery, resilience, and personal growth, making her a respected name in the field of psychology.
