1. Start with Self-Healing
Before healing others, regularly practice Reiki on yourself. Self-treatment builds your connection with the energy and strengthens your intuition.
2. Create a Calm Space
Find a quiet, peaceful place to practice. Light a candle, play soft music, or burn incense to raise the vibration of the space.
3. Trust the Energy
Reiki flows where itโs needed. You donโt need to โmakeโ anything happenโjust be a channel. Let go of expectations and allow the energy to do its work.
4. Learn the Hand Positions
Start by learning the basic hand positions (head, heart, stomach, back, etc.). As your practice grows, you'll begin to intuitively know where to place your hands.
5. Practice Daily
Even 10โ15 minutes of daily practice creates powerful shifts. Reiki is like a muscleโthe more you use it, the stronger your connection becomes.
