C/c: Patient complains of unesthetic upper and lower teeth since 1 year.
I/o: attrition up upper anteriors, missing lower 31,41.
Treatment Plan: single unit zirconia crowns for upper 11,12,13,14,15,21,22,23,24,25 and lower 9 unit bridge from 43 to 46(42,41,31,35 as abutment and 43,32,33,34,36 as pontic)
Total of 19 unit zirconia crowns.

we don't need to extract every tooth. most of them can be saved with advance dental treatment procedures.
Here is a case presentation of 'Post & Core' case with zirconia crown.
C/c: unesthetic anterior teeth since 1 year.
I/o: loss of clinical crown, retained root structure.
IOPAR: shows radiolucency at apex with loss of lamina dura and loss of crown structure with exposure of pulp.
T/t Plan: Rc with metapex placement(intracanal) , Fiber Post & Core, 2 unit zircnia crown on central incisor and lateral incisor(for maintaining shape symmetry of both central incisor and adjusting excess in lateral incisor crown).
Time Taken: 1 month.

Irrigant Used in endo: NS,H2O2,CHX,Metrogyl
Obturation with: Endomethasone with Dentsply gp
Post: fiber post with flowable composite cement
Core: Ivoclar tetric n ceram

A Case presentation of ‘OVER DENTURE’
This is case which has 5 remaining teeth after removal of faulty restoration.
All 5 teeth were root canal treated then given metal coping and a “COMPLETE DENTURE” was fabricated on it.
This will help in avoiding resorption of ‘Alveolar bone’ due to present of periodontal ligament attached to tooth, which will help in stabilizing denture.
Process of Denture Fabrication.
1. Primary Impression by
a. Upper: Impression compound
b. Lower: c- silicon
2. Border molding by green stick
3. Secondary impression by ZOE impression paste
4. Jaw relation and vertical height
5. Articulation on Mean Value Articulator
6. Teeth setting in ‘Class 1 Molar relation’
7. Final trail
8. Curing using dentsply lucitone
9. Rearticulation for occlusal balancing
10. Cold cure realigning of coping on patient mouth
11. Follow up
