Avoid using Diclofenac if you have High Blood Pressure. If you are going to risk using Diclofenac , make sure your hypertension is well controlled and only use when recommended by your Pharmacist or Doctor.
NSAIDs(e.g Diclofenac) can make your body retain fluid and decrease the function of your kidneys. This may cause your blood pressure to rise even higher, putting greater stress on your heart and kidneys. Diclofenac can also raise your risk for heart attack or stroke, especially in higher doses.
Diclofenac may also prevent other hypertensives drugs from working properly.
