After serving as a Senior Resident for a year, I pursued a fellowship in knee arthroplasty under Dr. Neelam Ramana Reddy at Star Hospitals in Hyderabad, which deepened my expertise in advanced knee surgery. My passion for continuous learning led me to seek international experience, so I undertook a clinical observation fellowship under Dr. Satish Kutty at Princess Alexandra Hospital in Harlow, UK. This exposure to global best practices in orthopedics influenced my approach to patient care and innovation. In 2017, I returned to my hometown, Gondia, with a vision to establish a 20-bed orthopedic hospital dedicated to arthroplasty and trauma cases. My commitment to excellence and patient satisfaction quickly earned a reputation for consistent results. By 2022, my vision expanded, and United SSH grew into a 100-bed facility, offering comprehensive orthopedic care with a focus on joint replacement and revision surgeries. My journey reflects my dedication to transforming orthopedic care in my community.
