Marfan syndrome is a hereditary connective tissue disorder with manifestations in different parts of the body including the cardiovascular system, lung, skeleton, skin and eye.It is characterized by tall and thin habitus with long fingers and toes.Ectopia lentis, which mostly occurs bilaterally, is a key symptom and often the first sign of disease and is a hallmark for the clinical diagnosis. Also include moderate to high degree of myopia.However, clinical diagnosis and early intervention can improve the vision and augment the patient's quality of life.The management differs depending on disease development, with the degree of lens dislocation and function playing an important role.
