Quality and Accreditation Institute (QAI) successfully conducted an insightful webinar on “Data Integrity, Documentation & End-to-End Traceability (Clinical–Lab Interface) – Understanding QAI Standards” scheduled on 27 March via the Zoom online platform.
The session witnessed enthusiastic participation from ART clinic professionals, embryologists, clinicians, quality managers, and laboratory teams from across the healthcare sector.
Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) involves highly sensitive clinical and laboratory data, where even minor gaps in documentation can lead to significant safety, ethical, and compliance challenges. This session highlighted key aspects of data integrity, traceability, confidentiality and compliance in ART services.
We extend our sincere gratitude to Dr. Zainab Zaidi for delivering an engaging and knowledge-rich session, sharing practical insights.
This webinar enabled participants to better understand how QAI standards can enhance documentation practices, safeguard data integrity and ensure seamless traceability across the ART journey—while preparing organizations for accreditation.

QAI successfully conducted an online Quality Management System (QMS) and Internal Auditor Training as per ISO 15189:2022 for Province Public Health Laboratories across different locations in Nepal, with active participation from Indian professionals as well.
This training marks another important step toward strengthening diagnostic accuracy and public health response in the region. Aligned with globally recognized ISO 15189:2022 accreditation standards, program equips participants with the knowledge and skills required to effectively evaluate laboratory Quality Management Systems (QMS) and ensure compliance.
Participants are now better prepared to:
✔ Identify non-conformities
✔ Recognize opportunities for improvement in processes, procedures, and practices
✔ Ensure alignment with established policies and standards
This proactive approach fosters continuous improvement, enhances operational efficiency and ensures ongoing readiness for accreditation.
