We’re thrilled to share that QAI successfully conducted an engaging and informative workshop focused on the ISO 20658:2023 standard on 21 January 2026. This workshop provided participants with an in-depth understanding of the requirements for the collection and transport of blood samples, ensuring the highest quality examination results and improving patient outcomes.
Interactive Activities engaged participants in understanding policy formulation, identifying non-compliance, and applying checklist-based quality practices—enhancing their ability to meet the latest international standards.
