This makes them believe that they can eat anything in sight, consume a cup of green tea and fat will magically burn off. It is marketing strategies have made us believe that green tea is the magic wand that helps you get rid of fat.
But have ever wondered what Science says?🤔
Science says, that green tea consumption can boost metabolism BUT NOT TO EXTENT WHERE IT HELPS WEIGHT LOSS 😯
For green tea to work, you need to back it up with an optimum diet and effective workout regime 🥗🏃♂️✅
MYTH 2- DRINK AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE, IT’S HEALTHY ❌❌
Another interesting myth we came across was that one can drink as much as they like as it is healthy. Guys, excess of anything is bad. Grren tea contains caffeine and caffeine is addictive and works just like ci******es. Greater dosage of green tea has side effects such as headache, nervousness, sleep problems, vomiting, diarrhea, heartburn, irregular heartbeat and even liver injury. 😱
It is highly imperative to understand that green tea is great metabolism booster and not a super food to aid weight loss 🤗
