Psychologists also read and learn from other therapists. And here’s what I’ve learned about love that it doesn’t die loudly. It always fades in small ways: fewer conversations, quieter dinners, shorter texts. Until one day, there’s nothing left to fix because one person has already stopped trying. Sometimes, falling out of love is exhaustion.
If this hit somewhere deep, you probably loved someone you had to lose before they left you.
🧠 Save this if you’ve ever felt that quiet kind of heartbreak.
