How long should you really keep your legs up after in*******se? 🤍

This is one of the most common questions I hear from women trying to conceive.
Let me gently bust the myth 🌱

S***m are very fast. Within seconds of ej*******on, they start their journey towards the cervix. Keeping your legs up for a long time does not increase your chances of pregnancy.

👉 What actually helps?
• Lying down calmly for 10–15 minutes is enough
• Relax your body — stress works against conception
• Focus more on timing, hormonal balance, egg quality & lifestyle

Fertility is not about one position or one night.
It’s about how your body feels every single day.

So instead of stressing about posture, start caring for your cycle, your food, your sleep and your mental peace 💛

Your body knows what to do — it just needs the right support.

Irregular periods are NOT normal — even if you have PCOS.

Missed periods, delayed cycles, or months without bleeding
are signs that your hormones need support.

The good news? 🤍
With the right food, daily routine, and proper guidance,
your cycle can improve.

Stop normalising the struggle.
Start listening to your body.

When is a woman most fertile? 🤔

This is one of the most common questions I hear in my clinic.
And the answer is actually very simple.

A woman is most fertile around ovulation.
Ovulation is the time when the o***y releases an egg.
This usually happens about 12–14 days before the next period (in a regular cycle).

✨ This is the fertile window
✨ The egg lives for about 24 hours
✨ S***m can live inside the body for up to 5 days

That’s why the 2–3 days before ovulation and the day of ovulation are the best days to try.

Many couples try randomly and then feel stressed when pregnancy doesn’t happen.
But understanding your cycle can make a big difference.

If your periods are irregular, or you’re confused about your fertile days, don’t blame your body — it just needs the right guidance 🤍

🚨 STOP SCROLLING 🚨
This silent infection can steal your fertility

Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) often has no loud symptoms, but it can quietly damage your tubes, uterus, and chances of getting pregnant.

Lower tummy pain, irregular periods, pain during s*x, or unusual discharge?
Don’t ignore these signs.

Early check + right treatment can protect your fertility.
Your body whispers before it screams — listen to it. 🤍

Most women ignore these signs… until they get louder.

Acne before periods.
Hair fall that won’t stop.
Periods that keep changing dates.
Feeling tired every cycle.

We often call these “normal” and move on.
But your body is actually asking for support.

These small signs can be early hints of hormone imbalance.
And the earlier you notice them, the easier it is to fix the root cause.

👉 Swipe, check the list, and be honest with yourself.
If you ticked 3 or more, don’t ignore it.

Many couples spent lakhs on IVF. Still no result. Here's what nobody told them 👇🌿

So many couples today are going through:
💔 Multiple failed IVF cycles
💔 IUI after IUI with no success
💔 Years of treatments, medications & emotional exhaustion
And still… nobody ever asked WHY the body isn't conceiving.
Because IVF and IUI treat the outcome — not the reason.

The real question is — what is blocking your body from conceiving naturally?

Here's what actually needs attention 👇
🔹 Finding the ROOT CAUSE of infertility — not just treating symptoms
🔹 Correcting hormonal imbalances naturally (PCOS, thyroid, prolactin)
🔹 Healing the gut, metabolism & uterine health
🔹 Addressing male fertility through nutrition & lifestyle
🔹 Reducing stress — one of the biggest silent fertility blockers
🔹 Optimising the menstrual cycle to work with your body

Your body was DESIGNED to conceive. 🌿

It doesn't always need more intervention —it needs the right support & the right answers.

Natural conception is possible.
It has happened. It can happen for you too. 🤍

Trying to get pregnant can feel heavy sometimes.
The tests, the waiting, the thoughts that don’t stop.

These affirmations are a gentle reminder:
✨ Your body is listening
✨ Your journey is valid
✨ You don’t have to rush or force anything

Say them slowly. Feel them.
Let go of stress. Trust your body.

You are doing your best — and that is enough 🤍

Save this. Come back to it on days you need calm and hope.

If your partner also thinks getting pregnant is just about trying once,
this post is for you.

In real life, getting pregnant depends on many factors.
Egg and s***m quality matter.
Hormone balance matters.
Ovulation timing matters.
Uterine health matters.
Stress levels, sleep, food choices, exercise, alcohol, and caffeine — all play a role.

Fertility doesn’t happen instantly.
It’s not only a woman’s responsibility.
And it’s not something you can rush.

When both partners understand what actually affects getting pregnant,
the journey becomes calmer, healthier, and more hopeful.
Awareness is the first step. 🤍
