No time.
Mom of a toddler.
Working full-time.
Cooking. Managing home.
Trying to do it all.

I know what it feels like — because I live it every single day.

But I made a choice:
To show up. For myself. For my family.

🕖 I wake up early
🍱 I cook balanced meals myself
👩‍💻 I work 8:30 AM to 6 PM
💪 I never skip my workout (even with minimal equipment)
👶 I involve my 3-year-old so he learns by watching
🚶‍♀️ I finish my steps indoors
🌙 I sleep on time — because recovery matters

I’m not sharing this to impress you.
I’m sharing this to tell you:
You’re not alone. And yes, it’s possible.

It’s not about having time.
It’s about making time.

It’s not about motivation.
It’s about discipline and values.

I was one of you.
Now I lead by example.

• Curd: 3–4g
• Yogurt: 5–10g (higher in Greek yogurt)

🦠 Probiotics:
• Curd: Natural, non-standardized
• Yogurt: Standard strains – better for gut health

🧂 Texture:
• Curd: Softer & watery
• Yogurt: Thick & creamy

I remembered the backpacks I carried, which taught me to carry responsibilities in life. 🎒💼
