We are teaching 4 Group Classes a week presently. Next month 2 more time slots will be added . One in the morning and another in the evening. Group size limited to 6 participants maintaining sufficient and safe distance .
Private class timings 6:00 - 8:00 am all days except Saturday and Sunday.
