Since our childhood we hear many different opinions from our family, friends, society and even sometimes we get influenced with the thoughts of strangers about ourselves. With the time these acquired opinions become our beliefs which creates limitations around us and we never try to peep out of that window of limiting beliefs. These limiting beliefs becomes ones destiny.
So if we want to change our destiny,we need to work on our belief system. We should use a filter while listening others views about us.
In NLP there are many techniques which helps to gain a resourceful state with positive beliefs about ourselves.

Worrying is feeling uneasy or being overly concerned about a situation or problem. With excessive worrying, your mind and body go into overdrive as you constantly focus on "what might happen."

Perhaps you unconsciously think that if you "worry enough," you can prevent bad things from happening. But the fact is, worrying can affect the body in ways that may surprise you. When worrying becomes excessive, it can lead to feelings of high anxiety and even cause you to be physically ill.

Solution focused approach works actively towards the solutions and encourages you to use your strengths to reach your goals.

Then why we are hesitant to take action when we need.
