“I am a mom of 4yrs, I was still looking pregnant even after 4 years of my delivery, I want to lose weight and reduce my belly, that’s when I joined my health buddy under Shravani mam.

On assessment I got to know that I got have 4 finger DR gap.

She gave me diet and workout plan..I thought this journey will be long and difficult on seeing the transformations on the page.

But exercises are very simple and effective as they are focusing on healing and core strengthening.

To my surprise, my back pain reduced after 1 month which I used to struggle always.

“After my twin pregnancy, my weight went up from 60 to 85 kg. With the help of my gym instructor, I managed to bring it down to 65 kg, but my belly still looked as if I were pregnant.
