Good afternoon everyone.
Everyone is reeling under the effect of the pandemic COVID 19.
I am going to just share what we can do to stay fit and keep our immunity high.
1. Homoeopathic medicine
Arsenic alb 30 / twice a day x 3 days is being suggested by our group of erstwhile doctors.
Homoeopathy has always had a great role to play in the treatment of viral conditions.
2. If you know anyone whose family member has tested positive, then please suggest the family has the above medicine for 5 days.
And in case there is any anxiety and fear.... add Aconite 200/ twice a day x 3 days.
3. For the treatment of COVID a group of medicines have been suggested. Certain doctors have had the chance to prescribe medicine to those affected and with good results along with the allopathic treatment.
4. In Acupuncture certain points on the body are very effective to raise the immunity.
These are LI 4, LI 11, St 36, SP 6.
Just massaging on these points works well.

5. Apart from that- salt water gargles, steam inhalation, washing/ sanitising your hands frequently and social distancing - all are the need of the hour.

*Good news for the elderly*

I am an elderly person. At this old age one do experienced many types of illnesses. But the one I worried most is Alzheimer's.

Not only I cannot look after myself but it causes a lot of inconveinences to other members in my family.

One day, my child came home and told me that a doctor friend has taught him an exercise using the tongue. The tongue exercise is effective to reduce the onset of Alzheimer's and is also useful to reduce / improve

*2* Hypertension
*3* Blood-Clot in Brain
*4* Asthma
*5* Far-sightedness
*6* Ear buzzing
*7* Throat infection
*8* Shoulder / Neck infection

My child showed and taught me the moves which are very simple and easy to learn.

Each morning when you wash your face infront of a mirror, begin with the exercise as below :

*Stick out your tongue and move it to the right then to the left for 10 times*

Only that since I started exercising my tongue daily and within a year there was improvement in my brain retention. My mind was clear and fresh and there were improvements too ....

Medical research has found that the tongue has connection with the big brain. When our body becomes old and weak, first sign to appear is our tongue becomes stiff and often we tend to bite ourselves.

1. PULLING AND TWISTING YOUR EAR LOBES AS IF GIVING A GOOD MASSAGE TO THEM.
IN ACUPUNCTURE WE HAVE A DEDICATED BRANCH OF AURICULAR ACUPUNCTURE, WHERE IN THE ENTIRE BODY CAN BE HEALED WITH JUST WORKING ON THE EAR POINTS .

EVERY MORNING START BY RUBBING YOUR PALMS FOR A FEW SECONDS AND THEN PRESSING ON THE EAR LOBES. THIS WAY YOU ARE STIMULATING YOUR HEAD, BRAIN, NERVES, HORMONES AND FACE.
MOVE UP THE EAR AND MASSAGE IT ALL THE WAY. WE COVER ALL OUR ORGANS, JOINTS AND VERTEBRAE.
THE POINTS WHICH ARE A LITTLE MORE PAINFUL THAN THE OTHERS NEED TO BE WORKED ON MORE.
