Hi everyone, we are happy to announce that we are now open to serve you.

Prevention is best weapon we all have against this Corona virus, and we are taking all the measures provided by WHO and ICMR to stop the spread of this virus.

We thought it will help our patients if they know what new changes we had to bring to ensure their safety.

1. We are declining appointment for patients with cold and cough, sore throat or fever. You may be asked for your illness history and relevant symptoms. We expect your best cooperation to ensure everyone's safety in this matter.

2. Infrared Temprature screening for everyone entering the premises, including physios and patients.

3. We are taking one or two appointments at a time while having capacity of 7 beds, we don't want unnecessary exposure to patients or the family. If patients are driving themselves, we request you to come alone, or if you are being driven by someone, we request the accompanying person to wait in the car.

4. The reception waiting area is closed to avoid unnecessary exposure to surfaces.

5 . We are not consulting in the consulting room, unless absolutely necessary. The first consultation is being provided on the bedside to minimize contact with different surfaces. We are still following privacy code.

6. We are ourself keeping away from gatherings, even two physios at one place are discouraged. Therefore gou may find only one staff at the clinic at a time.

7. Each patient's touch is being tracked inside the clinic and sanitised after the treatment procedure completes.

8. We are using Disposable sheets for treatment procedure and they are disposed off immediately after the treatment procedure completes and bed is sanitized.

9. Each physio is using safety gears like face shield, mask, gloves( to be changed after every patient), and will be wearing a fresh apron each day.

10. Everyone entering the premises should wear a mask, sanitize their hands before and after the treatment procedure.

11. No or minimal( only the essential) objects are being allowed inside the clinic. Please use your own bag to keep your clothes if un******ng is required during treatment.

12. No patient is being allowed to enter the clinic with gloves on, the gloves are requested to be discarded and patients have to sanitize which is far better way to decontaminate.

We are determined to provide best services at peak our efficiency and still keep the safety as first priority. In this endeavour we expect your full cooperation to minimize the risk to everyone in the clinic.

Headache is a very common problem we all go through whether we are having any disease, stress, tough day etc etc
Almost everyone have felt this and about 40% of all headache is myogenic in nature means due to muscular spasm
The cause of this myogenic headache can be traced in as faulty posture, cervical problem, some sort of shoulder girdle pathology, prolonged working on devices like computers, smartphone etc. Whatever the reason is it gives us a feeling that someone is squeezing our head, some people with this problem find it difficult to turn or bend the neck
