Trying to clean Ear wax yourself can do more harm than good. Most of the time, it comes out naturally. Most parents try to clean ear wax because it looks uncomfortable or “dirty.” But ear wax is actually protective: it traps dust, keeps the ear moist, and slowly moves outward on its own.
🚩 When we try to clean inside with earbuds, pins, or cloth, we usually push the wax deeper and risk hurting the delicate ear canal or eardrum.
🚩 That’s when pain, blockage, or infection can start.
✅ If your child isn’t uncomfortable, nothing needs to be done.

And if there are symptoms, it’s safer to let a doctor handle it rather than turning it into a bigger problem at home.If it’s bothering your child, let a doctor handle it safely.

Kids don’t choose the timing. Vomiting, loose motions, spills they just happen.
A small habit of stepping out prepared can save a lot of stress (for you and the child).
Parenting is easier when you plan for the unpredictable.

Every cough doesn’t need an antibiotic💊. But every unnecessary antibiotic makes the next infection harder to treat.
Most childhood colds are viral. They settle with time, fluids, and care not stronger medicines.
Using antibiotics without advice doesn’t make recovery faster, it just makes them stop working when we truly need them.

💭Have you ever been told to “just start an antibiotic”?

Homemade cerelac has become popular again but many babies are being given complex mixes too early.
At 6 months, babies don’t need variety. They need simplicity so their gut can learn to digest.

The goal of starting solids is not to make food “power-packed.” It’s to introduce foods safely, one step at a time.

Have you started solids yet, or are you planning to?

Comment ‘WEANING’ to continue with a more detailed video…Most feeding mistakes don’t look like mistakes. Parents think they’re doing the right thing starting early, giving light foods, feeding more, mixing milk.
But a baby’s gut doesn’t work on assumptions. It works on timing, texture, and patience.

✅ Right feeding isn’t complicated. It’s just often misunderstood.
Which advice confused you the most when you started solids?

Dal-chawal water has been a tradition, but tradition is not always nutrition.
After 6 months, babies need thick purees, real food and the right texture not just flavored water.
Right feeding today = better growth tomorrow.

💬 Did your family also suggest dal water first?

“Homemade hai, toh safe hoga”… not always. Homemade doesn’t always mean baby-ready.
A 7-month gut is still learning how to digest. Too many ingredients too soon can upset the baby more than help. Weaning is not a race. It’s a slow introduction, one ingredient at a time, watching how your baby responds. What works for another child on social media may not work for yours and that’s okay.

💭Did you start solids with one food or a mix?

Comment “COLD” and I’ll DM it to you 💙. Cold is common. Over-medicating is not.
Most parents feel they must “treat” the cold, but if your child is active and playful, the focus should be comfort, not syrups.
Simple steps at home can ease the nights, help feeding, and let the body heal on its own. What’s the hardest part of managing your baby’s cold nights or feeding?

✔ oil & ghee guidance

A child’s plate decides more than today’s meal- it shapes growth, immunity and habits for life.
Think colors, whole grains, healthy protein, right fats and water first. Small changes = big impact.
