“Butterflies earn their wings through great effort. The process of change is often painful, for it is never without losses and sacrifices. If you are to transform from one form to another, a part of you needs to die.
Letting go is not easy, especially when you are used to thinking a certain way about your life and how you live it. Just as a snake sheds its dead skin, or a caterpillar “dies” so that a butterfly can be born, you are required to release your old ideas and embrace a necessary change so you can live your best life. Perhaps you are being asked to let go of low self-worth, a dream that no longer serves you, or unhealthy habits. Despite your fear, you must accept that this is a transformational time for you. there may be some loss involved, but you will love what you become.”

This thought has to be cultivated in the process of counseling/healing to make it a success.🌸🌸✨

We are Happy to Announce An Art based Assessment Activity Workshop Specially designed for children above 6 years of age.

Currently Art Therapy is one of the most widely used therapies which includes acting in a play, singing a song, performing a dance, drawing a picture or writing a poem. The art allows people to express themselves and their ideas without having to put them into words. It is a creative process for all age groups and specifically useful for children to develop self-awareness, explore emotions, address unresolved emotional conflicts, improve social skills and increase self-esteem.

Need: Young children often rely on their limited language skills to express complex thoughts and emotions. That barrier can be breached with methods of expression they understand a little better, like drawing and colouring.

After Multiple Successful Workshops, We are introducing An Art Based Assessment for children and those special little ones who may not be able to articulate their thoughts and feelings.
Some of the conditions with which art therapy can help include:
‌An introvert- shy child
‌Inability to express feelings
‌Emotional issues like fear, phobias, aggression, resentments
‌Behavioural issues like temper-outbursts, defiance, poor confidence
‌Low self esteem
‌Learning disability
‌Physical disabaility
‌Childhood trauma
‌Body image issues
‌Stress , anxiety & low mood
‌Poor attention and concentration
‌Hyperactivity
‌Poor academic performance

We believe that Every Child is Unique and has a potential to grow.
If your child is facing any of the above mentioned issues or needs help in improving his / her confidence and overall performance, Art therapy is a child friendly solution .

Mandala is the sanskrit word of a circle. It is a symbolic diagram depicting dualistic and complementary principles of the Universe. Jung introduced the mandala to therapy as a dialogue between the conscious and the unconscious .
Mandalas are about balance, wholeness and integration. Based on visualisation, a microcosm of the self in the here and now will emerge.
