Yogic Solutions
1)Chandra Bhedi Pranayama
Inhale through the left nostril → hold the breath → exhale through the right nostril
Repeat slowly and calmly for 10 minutes
(Left se inhale, hold, right se exhale)
2) Padadhir Asana
Place your left palm under the right armpit and sit comfortably this stimulates the lunar channel
3)Regular Yoga Practice
