Asanas are not just for flexibility β€” they prepare your energy body.

Each posture opens pranic channels so that pranayama and meditation can work deeply.

For prana to rise, the body must be steady, open, and aligned, especially the spine.

If the spine isn’t straight, the energy cannot travel upward.

This is why Asana Abhyasa always comes before meditation.

Begin with a light sukshma vyayam warm-up.
Practice the shared sequence in order, holding each posture for 5 breaths, and end with Balasana if needed.

Before meditating, do Anulom Vilom, or a full 20-minute pranayama practice when time permits.

Save this for your sadhana.
