Our skin can easily absorb oils and aroma that it comes in contact with. And a lot of energy exchange happens through our feet and toes with the environment. If mindfully fed with carefully chosen oils mixed with herbs, a simple process of oil immersing/self-massaging the feet can lead to better health and rejuvenation on body and mind.

Along with the ritual for feet-pampering, we will also delve into the beautiful subject of 'love'. Most of our traumas come from our love-relationships. But then, the heart chakra is called 'anahata' (that which cannot hurt and cannot be hurt). So can love hurt? Or do we confuse love with attachment? Should there be expectations in love? Because love is supposed to be unconditional! So how is love different from attachment, relationship, romance, attraction, lust or even habit! What's entanglement, and how to deal with it?

Led by Aditya , the session intends to invite experiences and views leading to demystification of the concept.
