Articulating oneself through artistic means involves creative expressions that can help them destress and foster healing and mental well-being. Facilitated by a professional art therapist, this helps improve one’s cognitive and sensorimotor functions, foster self-awareness, insight and cultivate emotional resilience.
Join us for a session with Manissha Khanna on 3rd March (Thursday) 3:00 pm. Participants are required to bring their art supplies - Drawing sheets, basics like pencil, eraser, sharpener, and any color material are mandatory. You may use charcoal sticks, pencil colors, oil pastels, soft pastels, poster/ watercolor/ acrylic/ gouache paints, etc.

Manissha is an expressive arts therapy facilitator and art-based therapy practitioner. She has certifications in Pranic Healing and various other healing modalities. She has extended expressive art therapy services for the differently-abled, and also serves on the advisory panel of the NGO Action Center for Transformation.
