Dear Residents,

Yesterday I was called by SDM Shri Sanjiv Singhla ji and DC Shri Ajay Kumar ji for a meeting at 3 PM. During this meeting, we showed them the real situation in our sector, garbage lying unattended, broken and waterlogged roads, and the day-to-day difficulties being faced by all of us. Both officers saw the seriousness of the matter and assured that these issues will be taken up on priority. The accountable department for these problems is MCG, and DC Sir has promised to get the matter resolved.

DC Sir has further assured us that as soon as the rains stop, pothole filling will begin immediately, and after the tender process, new carpeting of roads will also be carried out.

We should also acknowledge and thank Mrs. Leena Dhankar ji, Editor of Hindustan Times. Her coverage of our sector’s plight brought our issues to the notice of higher authorities and played a big role in ensuring that our concerns were heard at the right level.

With the support of the administration and the media, we are hopeful that the long-standing civic problems of Sector 46 will finally see effective action.

Dear Residents,

I am pleased to inform you that, following the continuous efforts and repeated complaints made by your RWA over the past years, a joint operation by HSVP and MCG is currently underway to clear the illegal dairy operating in the name of a gaushala, located in front of Adarsh Park, Sector 46.

This action marks a significant step toward restoring order and cleanliness in our sector, which has unfortunately been affected by stray and wild animals due to this unauthorized activity. We sincerely hope that both authorities will complete the clearance by the end of the day.

We thank all residents for their patience and support in this matter. Your cooperation strengthens our resolve to ensure that Sector 46 remains a clean, safe, and peaceful neighborhood for everyone.
