A wonderful session with the C K Birla team on Role of Robotics in Benign Gynaecology .

The engaging and informative session was held by Dr. Deepika Aggarwal, Director Obstetrics & Gynaecology ( Robotic and Laparoscopic specialist).

Her insights and expertise provided a valuable learning experience that was both thought-provoking and intellectually stimulating.

The session enlightened us about the role of Robotics and how it is better than the conventional laparoscopic surgery in terms of-

1. 15 times more precision

2. 360 degree vision

3. less blood loss

4. much less pain

5. faster recovery.

To highlight once more, robotics is particularly advantageous for patients with

2. large uterine fibroids.

Last but not the least, we got to know about the unique birthing technique of "waterbirthing."

Dr. Deepika Aggarwal is the pioneer in the field and also the first one to establish waterbirthing unit in Delhi - NCR with her experience of working in the UK for 14 years.
