🔸️Add Salt, Red chillies, Haldi, chaat masala
🔸️Add water enough to make a paste
🔸️Add in a sandwich maker, add a paneer slice in between and cook on low flame.

🔸️Steam 1 broccoli 🥦 cut into florets.(Add salt as needed)
🔸️Make a Tandoori Mayo using Paneer, Curd, Salt, Chaat masala, 2 Red chillies.
🔸️Blend Well and add marinate with the mayo
🔸️Airfry at 120°C or Grill on a Pan till golden brown
