💕Below is the Recipe
🔸️Add boiled chickpeas to a pan, add salt and spices to taste
🔸️In a Bowl/Jar Add Chopped Cucumber, Carrots, onion, tomato and saute chickpeas
🔸️To make a mint mayo add Makhna, 50gm paneer, 1/2 cup curd, 1/2 cup mint leaves, 1 green chilly, salt, chaat masala and bleand well.
🔸️Add the mint mayo and enjoy the salad
