CARDIO TRAINING: Our cardio stations have state-of-the-art cardiovascular machines comprising of Treadmills, Cross Trainers, Upright Bikes, and Recumbent Bikes manufactured by Being Strong.
STRENGTH TRAINING: Our strength training section is equipped with advanced machines manufactured by Being Strong. We also have large free weight area which allows you to use barbells, dumbbells or one of our many free weight machines, we have the right equipment to help you reach your health and fitness goals!
