GBS (Guillain-Barré Syndrome) ek rare neurological disease hai jisme body ka immune system galti se apni nerves par attack kar deta hai.
🔹 GBS kya hota hai?
Ye peripheral nerves ko affect karta hai
Aksar infection (viral/bacterial) ke 1–3 hafte baad hota hai
Weakness pairon se shuru hokar upar ki taraf badhti hai

Tezi se badhti kamzori
Chalne me dikkat

Cause (कारण):
Sciatica zyadatar slip disc (disc herniation), lumbar spine degeneration, muscle tightness (piriformis syndrome), ya spine par pressure ki wajah se hota hai, jisse sciatic nerve dab jaati hai.

Symptoms (लक्षण):

Lower back se hip, thigh, leg tak pain

Jalan, jhanjhanahat, sunnpan

Ek pair me zyada dard

Chalne, jhukne ya baithne me problem

Pain relief modalities: Hot/Cold therapy, IFT, TENS

Manual therapy & nerve mobilization
