When and how to wear medical masks to protect against coronavirus :
Before putting on a mask, clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
Cover mouth and nose with mask and make sure there are no gaps between your face and the mask.
Avoid touching the mask while using it; if you do, clean your hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.
Replace the mask with a new one as soon as it is damp and do not re-use single-use masks.
To remove the mask: remove it from behind (do not touch the front of mask); discard immediately in a closed bin; clean hands with alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water.

Corona virus आज के समय में एक बहुत बरी समस्या बन चुकी ,अगर इसको नियंत्रण नही किया गया तो यह बहुत बरी महामारी का रूप ले सकता है |अतः यह बहुत जरुरी हो गया हैं की हम वह हर कदम उठाये जिससे हम इस बिमारी से बच सकते हैं|
इससे बचाओ के लिए हमे मुख्य बातो को ध्यान में रखना होगा|
1.जितना संभव हो सके घर से बहार न निकले ,क्योंकि यह कोई जाती ,धर्म या मजहब नही देखता हैं |अगर निकलना जरुरी ह तो मास्क लगा के ही निकले और लोगो से छः फिट की दुरी बना के रखे,और घर में आने के बाद सबसे पहले खुद को साफ कर ले उसके बाद ही किसी चीज को छुए|
2.जितना ज्यादा हो सके हाथ धोने में साबुन का इस्तेमाल करे |
3.अपने हाथो से आँख ,कान,नाख या चेहरे का कोई हिस्सा ना छुए |
4.ना किसी के घर जाये और न ही अपने घर किसी को आने दे जब तक यह virus ख़त्म नहीं हो जाता हैं |
5.जितना हो सके ठंडा चीज खाने से बचे |
6.दिन चार से पांच बार गर्म पानी का गरारे करे क्योंकि यह शारीर में जाने से पहले दो तीन दिन तक गले में ही रहता हैं |
