It's a long path.. for success story. It's a case of infertility pt came wt fibroid uterus big fibroid 5 cm intramural becoming submucosal obstructing bilateral cornu.. did hysteroscopic myomectomy lap guided.. then after 6 months HSG done there was blocked tube.. again planned for laparoscopic guided tubal canulation.. bt it was diifficulty in identifying fimbrial end due to POD occlusion.. prediction of T.B.only guide wire inserted with safety.. then induction planned and finally ended with a safe and happy delivery... It was possible just because of pt patience and believe in doctor
