A vibrant Traditional Dress Competition was held on 22.09.2025 at GS Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital, celebrating culture, colors, and creativity! 🎉👑 The event was highly graced by the presence of Mrs. Sonali Sharma , Managing Director of GS Ayurveda medical college and hospital

✨✨In continuation with the celebration of 10th Ayurveda Day 2025, on 22nd Sept 2025 (10 AM – 12 PM) at Yoga Hall selfie point competition was held. A total of 6 Teams enthusiastically participated in the events from interns and various batches✨✨

The Ayurveda Day celebrations at GS Ayurveda Medical College & Hospital were a vibrant blend of knowledge, creativity, and tradition. Students showcased how Ayurveda continues to nurture both people and the planet in today’s world. 🌍💚

🔹 Debate Competition – “Yoga vs. Gym: Which is More Beneficial for Overall Health?”
With 17 participants, the debate witnessed powerful arguments rooted in Ayurvedic wisdom, scientific studies, and modern perspectives.

🥉 3rd – Kushi Tyagi

🔹 Short Video & Reel Competition – “Ayurveda for People and Planet”
Students from different batches presented creative reels and videos, highlighting Ayurveda’s role in sustainable living and holistic health.
