यह मुद्रा ह्दय रोगियों के लिए बेहद लाभदायक है। इस मुद्रा को करने से कार्डियक अरेस्ट पीड़ित व्यक्ति को बेहद आराम मिलता है।
इस मुद्रा को करने के लिए सीधा बैठकर अपने दोनों हाथो को घुटनों पर रखे लें। हथेली उपर की तरफ होनी चाहिए। अब अपने तर्जनी उंगली को मोड़कर अगूंठे के पास ले जाए। इसके बाद अपनी बीच की दोनों उंगली को भी अंगूठे के पास लेकर जाये और हल्के से अपने अंगूठे को दबाये। इस दौरान अपने कनिष्ठिका उंगली को सीधा रखें।
इस अवस्था में आप कम से कम 30 मिनट तक रह सकते है।
