SHRI SWAMI BHUMANAND DHARMARTH CHIKITSALAYA AND RESEARCH INSTITUTE TRUST was founded in the year 1999 by Anant Shri Vibhush*t Jagadguru Shankaracharya Swami Shri Achyutanand Teerth ji Maharaj in Holy Memory of his Brahmleen Guruji Anant Shri Vibhush*t Swami Shri Bhumanand Teerth ji Maharaj.This trust started with a charitable eye hospital to serve the people of all categories particular under privileged residing in haridwar and surroundings . Since the inception this hospital is running successfully along with organizing frequent camps for the treatment of various eye diseases including cataract which is major cause of blindness in our country . The cataract surgeries are done with latest techniques of IOL implantation and Phaco etc. After the success of Netra Chikitsalaya the trust started the dental service in 2002 which is providing best treatment to the dental patients and is also running successfully. His holiness Swami ji Maharaj has still to do a lot for the suffering community and therefore decided to establish a ultra modern multi specialty hospital equipped with latest technology and availability of expert doctors . His pious mission came true with start of Shri Swami Bhumanand Dharmarth Chikitsalaya and Research institute in the year 2009. The hospital is aimed to provide the specialist treatment, rehabilitation, awareness and prevention of various diseases and intensive health care. The hospital is working on charitable basis for the underprivileged community and committed to contribute to human welfare .
