नॉएडा, प्रख्यात रेकी मास्टर डॉ. नूतन खेर ने सिम्बायोसिस लॉ स्कूल नॉएडा में "चिंतनशील विवेक और स्थिर ऊर्जा उपचार" विषय पर एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया।

इस कार्यशाला का उद्देश्य विभिन्न चिंतनशील तकनीकों और योगिक अभ्यासों के माध्यम से चिंतनशील वकालत के लाभों और स्थिर ऊर्जा उपचार के महत्व को साझा करना था। सेमिनार में योगाचार्य डॉ. प्रदीप ने योग पर भी प्रकाश डाला और उन्होंने योग के माध्यम से मानसिक स्वास्थ्य और ऊर्जा स्तर को सुधारने के तरीके पर विस्तार से चर्चा की।
