Wishing a Happy New Year to everyone..
So this is my case of NSRCT wrt 36 (manual) where the patient presented with pain with respect to mandibular first molar. On examination caries was clinically and radiographically detected in the tooth. Root canal treatment has been done with hand files only to prepare the canals.. with irrigation using CHX, sodium hypochlorite and saline. Obturation has been done utilising lateral compaction technique. Finally the post obturative restoration has been done using composites.
And this is 2 months follow up picture.

Hello,
Posting my case NSRCT wrt 35. This is a case of the curved canal which required a pre endo build up after which manual root canal treatment was attempted. The canal was meticulously irrigated with CHX, hypochlorite, and saline during manual BMP was done and was completed with obturation.
The overhang will be taken care during crown preparation.
I would welcome if there are any critics..
