Young patient sustained Recurrent traumatic shoulder dislocation during playing cricket leading to shoulder dislocation , which on being improperly treated becomes Recurrent shoulder instability. The ball of humerus dislocates during any overhead activities even during sleep.

It's called " bankarts lesion"

Treatment is quite simple which is done through arthroscopy without blood loss or skin cutting.

Arthroscopy involves repair of damaged tissue with suture anchor.
