Case of the day-This 22 yr old presented with an intra oral swelling in maxillary region which was caused by direct trauma 8 years back.Diagnosis was made after CBCT which is a very important diagnostic tool these days.Patient was advised excision of this Periodontal cyst along with Root canal treatment of the affected teeth.
