Lekin har patient alag hota hai: history, reports, body condition, medicines—ye sab samajhna sirf ek doctor ka kaam hai.

👉 Online info se confusion ya galat self-diagnosis bhi ho sakta hai
👉 Same symptoms ke different causes ho sakte hain
👉 Galat treatment se condition worse bhi ho sakti hai

❌ Dangerous mistakes most new parents make:

1. Never shake a baby
Shaking can cause severe brain injury, blindness, or even death. If you feel overwhelmed, place your baby safely in the crib and take a moment to calm yourself.

2. Don’t overdress your baby
Overheating is a known risk factor for SIDS. Dress your baby in just one extra layer than you’re wearing and keep an eye on their temperature.

3. Don’t skip burping after feeds
Trapped air can lead to discomfort, fussiness, and spit-up. Burp your baby after every feeding to help release gas.

4. Never let a newborn sleep on their stomach
Stomach sleeping increases the risk of SIDS. Always place your baby on their back for every sleep.

5. Don’t ignore their cries for long
Crying is your baby’s way of communicating needs like hunger, discomfort, or fatigue. Responding helps soothe them and builds trust.

6. Avoid bathing in hard water
Hard water can irritate your baby’s delicate skin and worsen rashes or eczema. Use filtered or softened water whenever possible.

Your Baby’s First Holi – Celebrate with Love & Care 💛
Holi is full of colors and happiness, but for newborn babies, safety comes first. As advised by pediatricians, avoid applying chemical or synthetic colors on your baby’s delicate skin. Their skin is very sensitive and can easily develop rashes or allergies.
Keep your baby indoors and away from strong sunlight, loud music, and water splashes. Do not allow anyone to put color on the baby’s face, especially near the eyes, nose, and mouth. If you wish to celebrate, you can use a small tika of organic, baby-safe color on the feet or clothes instead of skin.
Dress your little one in full-sleeve, soft cotton clothes to protect their skin. Make sure they are well hydrated and comfortable. After celebration, gently clean with lukewarm water only—avoid harsh soaps.
Let their first Holi be full of blessings, smiles, and safe memories 💕🌸
