Your eyes feel more relaxed, see sharp colours and move a lot in swift movements called saccadic movements. To look, our eyes move so fast, we cant imitate this movement consciously.
Seeing through glasses is like looking at the world through a lens.
But putting glasses on them not only causes dependency on them but also affects a lot in other ways. Listen to know how wearing spectacles causes pain, mental fatigue, a lot of staring, less blinking and eventuality locks our eyes into a downward spiral of myopia.

When our nervous system is relaxed, we want to look at details. Tiny details. Our eyes, they move a lot , very fast at unconcious speed, so swiftly. This is called swing. A natural rythm of eyes.
However, when we have a stressful situation, we want to see everything at once. Eyes and mind go out of focus. We dont look at details. Eyes on autopilot, mind on thinking. Thinking interrupts natural breathing pattern.

This is how children get pre myopia, where they face regular headaches, cant see blackboard or see blur faces in classroom. The good news is that it can be quickly cured at this stage. Dr Bates did it 100 years ago. Just by reading a snellen chart 3-4 times a day, little palming and excercises to relax nervous system resulted in mass improvement in govt schools in America during 1905.
Double vision (Astigmatism) gradually decined.

I somehow feel i see more clear just by imagining i am looking at tiny details.
To try this, sit in a comfortable position with your back supported. Have a deep ralaxed breath in your belly. A relax breath is deep and exhale is longer. . Let inhale effortlessly. Focus on the exhale. Now imaginr you have gone on a vacation. In a place like a beach or a place where you feel so relaxed, safe. Imagine its daytime and you can appreciate beauty all around you. Looking on the blue waves, refreshing breeze. Involve more senses. Feel the grained soil under your feet. Feel the waves from sea gently touching your feet. People wearing colorful shorts and running on the beach. Notice the sound of waves and air flowing by passing through coconut trees. Notice the smiles on the face of young ladies sunning over there.
Imagine as much small details as you can appreciate. Keep your breath relaxed during the session.
And after a while, open your eyes (in little shady side) away from bright light and look at some details like text or any picture in your room.
Yor eyes will say Thank you.

Our eyes were made to look far. But we are using our eyes for very near work under artificial light whether its mobile or LED screens or working under artifical lights in night hours.
It is the result of this visual stress that almost every third child is affected from myopia ie poor eyesight. As a parent you can do a lot of things to save your child's eyes

My Vision Diary:
I was trying to get better eyesight from many years and mostly focussing on physical exercises, but was struggling to get clear flashes and permanent relaxation. Deep inside, I knew there was something stopping me from getting my eyesight clear and putting off glasses makes me fear uncomfortable as I feel exposed to people whom I didn’t want to face, whether it was bullying colleagues, racist teachers and I was surrounded by a lot of people who didn’t appreciate my presence. I was comfortable and used to feel safe in isolation. My thought pattern was like a boy who wanted to hide himself from such people. At certain points of my life, I was so frustrated by my presence among them that I wanted some superpower to be invisible to them. Like the story of Dr Griffin, who invented a magical drug and on consuming it, he became invisible. He used to roam invisible on streets and stores visiting a lot of people without their knowledge. I wanted to be among people invisible and learn what they think about me and their views and plans about me. This thinking was due to fear of people which developed in 2 years due to a lot of bullying and disliking. This anxiety and fear was programmed into me for many years, though later, I got rid of a lot of anxiety and panic as I got some fresh air when I got some recognition by fighting back and not tolerating bu****it in my life.
So I was trying to clear my eyesight, but subconsciously I was programmed to not face people, not having eye contacts and the best way to stay away from people was to blur my eyesight. You can say my inner vision was blurred and it manifested in my outer vision ie eyesight being blur. And also, I was procrastinating doing eye exercises and didn’t really wanted to see clear. So, now I can accept why it took me years to getting relaxation and better vision. I know Bates method from more than 10 years but got temporary improvements. I was doing exercises right as sometimes I was getting crystal clear flashes of vision. But I was skipping those relaxation practices for months. When you are afraid of of facing the world you constrict yourself you want to be isolated and it is manifested by constricting your vision.
I interviewed a friend who is having very less friend circle and also myopic. She said that my brother told me you always choose to run away from your problems but it will only make them worse if you keep running from them. I realised that I was also kind of running away or more precisely not acknowledging them so that I don’t have to take any action. Sometimes, when I saw people in problems I used to wonder well I don’t have such kind of problems in my life. Whereas in real, I was never acknowledging them and doing nothing about them. As Jacob Liberman says in his book “Take off your glasses and see”, glasses keep your vision locked in fear and anxiety and shapes the events in such a way that you want to remain disconnected and wear the glasses. This is the case with most of myopic people. Most of them are actually not interested in seeing from naked eyes just because they don’t want to connect to life. They may find it boring, unnecessary, are secretly frightful of the world and elude themselves feeling safe in that cage. So, if you have dared to clear your vision and heal your personality, you should also work on those suppressed fears and anxieties using some transformation therapies like Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) or other healing techniques. Those who have tasted the freedom of seeing without those crutches on their eyes, experienced the intensity of vibrant colours will want it more and eventually get their vision cleared.
People who want to embark on this journey are usually tired of being disconnected of their source, had some adventurous experience, or have tasted courageous energy and they subconsciously realise how glasses are interfering with their magnificent source of energy.

Nature is a gift our eyes are made to percieve.
Dont just spend your life looking into these screens and in 20 feet rooms
