Dear Friends,

I was so happy to interact with you all. Instead of motivating you I felt motivated. All of you have shown and are showing great will power , mental strength and zeal to live life fully and joyfully. Let us recap small daily activities which we should include in our daily life.

They are:

1. Morning affirmation
After your prayers and meditation, tell yourself
a. I am healthy
b. I am happy
c. I am joyful.

2. Daily meditation: You may start with few minutes then increase time as per your convenience.

3. Deep breathing: Deep breathing keeps the body well oxygenated, so important for better immunity and general health. Three times it is must. Morning, afternoon and night before going to bed. If you can do more all the better. Initially don’t push yourself. Do as many counts as your body can take it. Slowly increase no of times. You can also do kapalbhati or spirometer breathing exercise.

4. Diet: good healthy diet is must during treatment and post treatment. High Protien, small meals at frequent intervals is necessary.

5. Exercise/ movement: keep your body moving. Whatever exercises you can do without overexerting are must. Walking is best. When tired take rest. But walk as many times as possible during the day. If even walking is not possible at times move your hands , feet, legs etc as much and as frequently as possible.

6. Find a hobby or creative work to keep your mind occupied like reading a book, listening to music, knitting for your loved ones, painting , writing or anything that interests you.

7. Keep yourself mentally happy and joyful. So very important to ensure speedy recovery. Pl remember whole process is a mind game. If you win it mentally, you will win it physically too.

8. Take your medicines, vitamins if any on time and with receptivity, believing it is going to cure you.
This is not all. Will keep on sharing my thoughts with you.

Let us enjoy the journey of life with love and enthusiasm.🌹🌹🙏

Warm wishes,
Mrs. Usha Sangwan
