Homemade Amlaprash

✅Recipe details :

Homemade Amlaprash

Ingredients :
1.Amla pulp - 1 kg
2. Jaggery - 750gms- 800gms
3.Dry ginger (sonth) - 2 tbsp
4. Cinnamon - 2
5.Ghee - 1/2 cup
6. Clove - 8-10
7. Black pepper - 8-10
8. Bay leaf - 1 big
9. Javitri - 1
10. Jayphal - a pinch
11. badi saunf - 1 tbsp
12. Choti elaichi - 1 tbsp
13. badi elaichi - 1
14. khas khas - 1 tb
15. Saffron - few strands

Method -
1. Wash & steam amla for 15 minutes
2. De-seed amla & grind the pulp.
3. In a deep pan/vessel put ghee, amla pulp & jaggery.
4. Cook on low flame, covered for 15-20 mins. Keep stirring in between.
5. When the jaggery melts, grind dry spices,dry ginger powder and jayphal powder
6. When Chyawanprash starts separating from pan turn off the flame & let it cool completely.
7. sterilize jar in hot water & wipe nicely.
8. Fill the Chyawanprash in jar & store it.

Fried rice recipe 🍲

âœ…ī¸Ingredients
Cooked rice 50 gm
Egg-1 ps
Onion - 1ps
Carrot -1 ps
French beans - 50 gm
Moringa leaf- 2 hand full
Moringa flower - 25 gm
Sweet corn - 2 hand full
1 tea spoon mastard oil

Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Fried rice masala to taste( optional)

âœ…ī¸Recipe
1.
Heat an iron kadai and pour 1tsp mastard oil, heat it.
2.
Pour French beans and stir half a minute then pour all other Ingredients ( except the masalas) one by one and cook untill the rice gets fried.
3.
Add black pepper powder and fried rice masala ( optional), stir for 30 to 40 second.
4.
Wait for the standing time and serve.

Makhana Tikkis 🧆🧆

✅✅recipe:
✅Ingredients:
- 1 cup Makhana (Foxnuts)
- 1 medium-sized grated carrot
- 1/4 cup finely chopped beans
- Salt, to taste
- 2 tbsp roasted flax seeds (optional)
- 100g Paneer, crumbled
- 3/4 spoon Sattu (roasted gram flour)
- A handful of fresh coriander leaves, finely chopped
- Oil for shallow frying

✅Procedure ---
1. Crush roasted Makhana coarsely.
2. Mix crushed Makhana, grated carrot, chopped beans, crumbled Paneer, flax seeds, salt, garam masala, red chili powder, black salt, and chopped coriander.
3. Shape into tikkis.
4. Shallow fry until golden brown.
5. Serve hot with chutney. Enjoy!
