When you hold your phone in that rigid "Claw" shape, you lock your wrist joints while your thumb performs thousands of micro-movements.

This combination often leads to Tenosynovitis and other inflammatory changes due to repetitive "swipe and hold" motion.

The Early Warning Signs:
Stiffness in the thumb or wrist when you wake up.
Difficulty pinching or gripping objects.
A "clicking" sensation when moving the thumb.
