🌍World Pancreatic Cancer Day — November 20th💜

Pancreatic cancer is one of the deadliest cancers because it is often diagnosed late.

But early detection can save lives.

🟣Watch out for warning signs:
• Persistent abdominal or back pain
• Unexplained weight loss
• Jaundice
• Loss of appetite
• New-onset diabetes after age 50
• Changes in stool (pale/greasy)

If you or someone you know has these symptoms, don’t ignore them—get evaluated early.

Let’s raise awareness, support patients, and work towards earlier diagnosis. Together, we can fight pancreatic cancer.

🎥 Watch my new video on H. pylori infection! A common stomach bacteria that often goes unnoticed — but easily treatable with a proper course of antibiotics and antacids.

Since H. pylori is a major risk factor for stomach cancer, early detection and treatment are crucial.

🎗️ Cancer Awareness Day — November 7 🎗️
Every day, I meet patients who teach me that cancer is not just a diagnosis — it’s a story of courage, faith, and the power of early action.

🩺 Awareness saves lives. Because every lump, every persistent symptom, every moment of hesitation can make all the difference.
Cancer detected early is often curable.
Cancer treated late is always harder.

Let’s pledge to listen to our bodies, get screened regularly, and support those fighting their battles with strength and dignity.

💪 Together, we can turn fear into awareness — and awareness into survival.❤️

🔥 Don’t ignore your acidity! 🔥
That “simple heartburn” might not be so simple. Persistent acidity can hide ulcers, H. pylori, or even early cancer.

Get yourself evaluated if it persists and not self medicate.🩺

🧬Could greying hair be your body’s way of staying safe?

A new study suggests that when our hair stem cells sense DNA damage, they shut down pigment instead of multiplying — a protective move that prevents cancerous change.

As a cancer surgeon, I find this fascinating — it reminds us how intelligently the body guards itself.
Grey hair isn’t just aging — it may be a sign of resilience, not weakness.

Avoid WhatsApp Consultations!!🚫📱

A report can guide — but it can’t diagnose..
Your body tells a story no image/report can show fully..
If something doesn’t feel right, don’t rely on forwarded opinions — meet your doctor in person..

Life’s decisions — and your health — can’t be made on a WhatsApp message! 🙏🏻⚠️

✨Your mammogram says dense breasts? Don’t panic.
It’s actually pretty common — but it’s also something you shouldn’t ignore.

Dense tissue can make it harder to spot early changes on a mammogram, which is why the right next step matters. 🩺

🎥 In this video, I break it down simply — what it means, why it happens, and how you can stay a step ahead.

🎗️ Not all breast cancers are the same.
Each type behaves differently — and so does its treatment.
