It is a state of the art, dedicated care facility for the fetus- the unborn baby, who will eventually be the building block of tomorrow’s society. We are a team of specialists headed by Dr. Chinmayee Ratha, who are committed to the complete care of the fetus. FRC is a unique fetal medicine centre which takes care of the complete care for all fetal problems. We believe that fetal medicine is the science of caring for the fetus within the mother’s womb, ensuring a healthy tomorrow for mankind. We offer a wide range of services like -3D/4D fetal scans during pregnancy, Multiple pregnancy scans & evaluation, Counselling for fetal anomalies, Screening for fetal aneuploidies, Preconception & Genetic counselling. We perform various diagnostic & therapeutic procedures like- Amniocentesis, Chorion Villi Sampling (CVS), Fetal Blood Sampling, Selective Fetal Reduction, Intrauterine Transfusion (IUT) for fetal anemia, Radio Frequency Ablation(RFA) and Laser. We continuously expand the horizons of our knowledge of fetal medicine by keeping upto date with the latest developments. We undertake various studies at our centre and publish our results in various journals of Obstetrics and fetal medicine. We also conduct workshops & Training sessions frequently to share our knowledge in the area of fetal medicine, thus reaching out to a wider range of people through a “Shared care” approach along with other consultants.
