February 4th, 2023 is the and this year's theme is "Uniting our voices and taking action".

However, there are not enough noises because our voices are not united. A larger issue is that there has been a significant lack of action. Even when people notice symptoms, they are hesitant to see a doctor for a check-up.

On February 4th, let us promise ourselves that we will be aware, unite our voices, and will act.
